Start with an accurate passenger list
Group transport begins with the actual number of travellers, their arrival point and destination. Include children and anyone who may need particular assistance.

Match seating with luggage volume
A vehicle with a stated seating capacity does not automatically have room for the same number of large suitcases. Describe luggage and equipment separately.
